mod about you

While the pop flower is definitely not for the lighthearted, it couldn’t be more me.  I always love a great statement piece, and what girl doesn’t love flowers.  Any female who says that they are a waste of money and that she does not secretly love getting flowers is lying, yes I said it and I am not sorry.  They can be overrated in so many ways but that doesn’t change the feeling inside when you get them.  Men take note: Remember her favorite flower, show up on her doorstep or come home with it randomly.  No traditional roses, unless of course that is her favorite flower.  Also, remember, you are never to old to carve your names in the side of a tree and encase it in a heart.  I would be lying if I said my heart didn’t break a little inside when I realized I didn’t have anything to add our “a+c” to this tree.

  2. What lovely spring colors you have on.🙂 I’m always afraid to wear a flower in my hair, I think it works best on girls that have big, luscious and voluminous hair (mine is stick straight) but maybe I’ll give it a shot one of these days.

P.S. I stumbled upon your blog on the Lucky Contributors page.🙂 Glad I did.

  3. I love everything about this outfit, I’ve been wearing yellow so much lately, I’m glad I’m not the only one! I love your jacket and how you paired it with a statement flower. Very springesque, and very adorable!

  4. My goodness….how adorable are you? Not many people can rock a statement flower like you do! I’m loving the yellow of the outfit…it’s perfect for the season and it lifts my spirit🙂 P.S. Love how yesterday’s post was about masculinity, and today’s post contrasts it by being uber feminine!!

  5. I am soooo glad you decided to get that dress from Zara and coupe it with the pop flower. It really gives this spring outfit a WOW factor. Great piece, Cara!
