There are so many things I am grateful in my life, so many things that make me realize how truly blessed I am. My top three though, by far, are Emma, Andy, and… Murphy! No matter how much this little (big) man can get on my nerves when he attempts to be a lapdog, sleeping on the freshly cleaned laundry, rolls over on me in the middle of the night and paws me to scratch his belly at two am (yes he sleeps in our bed); or requires an emergency vet visit because he got into an entire chocolate mousse, full loaf of french bread, poppy seed muffin, fireplace rocks, or half a pizza. No matter how difficult he decides he is going to be on walks by sniffing every tree and post we walk by and laying down in the middle of the crosswalk because he sees another dog coming and wants to play. Despite everything he does at times I know my life, and our family, would not be complete without him. Anyways I digress, this is not supposed to be dog shaming:). Murphy is the sweetest, most loving dog, and I thank my husband every day for rescuing him as a puppy because I can’t picture my life before him.
I know this is a bit casual; but, we all have those days right?!
