Ok, ok, I caved and got a pink coat. I will admit I have loved the trend since I first saw it walk down the runway, and while I may have jumped on the bandwagon a little bit late I have good reasoning. $2,000+ for a pink coat, well at least the version I was coveting – yeah, I don’t think so (unless I want a divorce and to be living out of it that is). All the cheaper alternatives didn’t have the billowy shape right or they were furry (yes, I said furry, literally like a baby pink cotton ball) and who wants to walk around worried someone may tone their face with their choice of outerwear?!? No thanks, not me. One day on google (amongst black Friday sales at that) this beauty appeared out of nowhere. I am not joking when I say out of nowhere because it was nowhere in sight on the million and one previous Google searches I had done before. I am actually pretty sure I had texted Sarah on several occasions venting about how hard it was to find, how relieved she must be that I finally found one. Now get ready for bubblegum madness because the quality is amazing and I never want to take “her” off! I love the unexpected pastel color for the cooler months.
Side note: Holiday shopping can always be a bit overwhelming and daunting. I have created a board on Pinterest to help with some ideas for the women (and men) in your life. I will be updating it almost daily leading up to the holidays.
Coat: Front Row Shop (and arrived overnight!). Top: Joe Fresh. Pants: Marciano. Heels: Manolo Blahnik. Jewelry: Sole Society c/o (so perfect for the holidays, I am obsessed), Michael Kors (and on sale). Bag: Zara.
