Whenever Emma looks up at me with her big hazel eyes and asks “Mommy, can I please be on the blog today?”. I can’t even imagine saying no. I am so glad she enjoys it as much as I do. Her Christmas list this year consisted of clothes, shoes, and books. She asked Santa for a pink scooter because he couldn’t bring her the 3 puppies or baby sister she so desperately wants. Yes, you heard that right, not
one, not two, puppies but three. I guess moms of girls have it easy, they want clothes as gifts when it’s something you would have to buy for them anyways.
On another note: I LOVE these shoes! Le hubs calls them my 80 year old grandpa shoes…. but I don’t care. They are so comfortable and there is something about them that sold me immediately! Maybe it was the feminine touch the ribbons gives them or maybe it was the metallic sheen, I really can’t tell you; what I can tell you though, is that they have not left my feet since I got unwrapped. Thank you Santa for following my instagram;).
“I don’t want my children to follow in my footsteps. I want them to take the path next to me and go father than I ever dreamt possible.”
